MyGodMode is a small but ingenious utility, that allows to have a direct access to the so-called "Windows God Mode" folder in Windows 7 or Vista, also known as "All Tasks folder".
An icon named GodMode will be displayed on the desktop after the program is installed. This is a System management tool with over 260 options included, spread through control panel, computer management, system back up and administration tools.
Initially intended for the use of Windows developers, this was left in the operating system more like an Easter Egg.
Basically explained, it is like an overpowered Control Panel with all the options displayed. It helps the user access some well hidden options like: Clear Type Text adjustment or Connect the system to a projecto, for example.
This makes it the default choice for developers and experienced Windows users that need fast access to the system core.
God Mode name was inspired from the gaming industry, where it means an unrestricted access to all the game hidden options.
One of the reasons for not making this a default option in Windows was the fact that wrong usage of the commands contained there, could lead to permanent damage of the operating system. This is why I advise to be caution while operating with this tool, so don't change anything that you are not sure what it does!
